A week of engaging public masterclass sessions in which Britten Pears Young Artists explore the world of contemporary chamber music under the guidance of tutors.

The masterclasses form part of our week of intensive tuition and mentoring for Britten Pears Young Artists by some of the world’s best performers and interpreters. They feature our international cohort of emerging chamber ensembles for the 23-24 Britten Pears Young Artist programme. This season, the young artists are guided by world-renowned ensemble the Bozzini Quartet, and oboist Melinda Maxwell.

Masterclasses are rare opportunities to be a fly on the wall for live-on-stage coaching sessions between emerging musicians and established artists. Find out more through a video on this page.

The Britten Pears Young Artist Programme is made possible with the generous support of our Trusts & Foundations and individual supporters. Aestus Quartet is supported by John Lawrence Field Memorial Bursary and Ensemble Renard is supported by the Chandos Bursary.
