Q. How do I contact the Box Office?
A. You can contact the Box Office at this number 01728 687110, at this email boxoffice@brittenpearsarts.org, or by visiting the Box Office in-person at our Visitor's Centre at Snape Maltings.


Q. Is the site dog friendly?
A. Snape Maltings is popular with dog walkers, who are welcome to walk around the site and beyond. Dogs are welcome in MALT café & Takeaway, and also in The Shed, the Craft Shop, Snape Antiques Centre and certain areas at the Plough & Sail pub and its courtyard seating.

Dogs are not permitted inside any of the other shops, cafés or venues, including the River View Café & Bar, River View Restaurant, the House & Garden Shop, the Food Hall, Samphire Boutique and Earsham St. Deli or galleries. There are plenty of places to secure your dog and water bowls provided around the site.

At The Red House, dogs on leads are welcome outside. Only assistance dogs are permitted inside.


Q. Is there transport to and from the sites?
A. There are many car parking spaces available at Snape Maltings for people driving, as well as four electric car charging points.

At The Red House, there is also car parking available for drivers. There is a bus stop on Linden Road, which is approximately a 15 minute walk to The Red House.

Q. Is there accessible parking?
A. Accessible parking is available at both of the sites. To arrange a parking space, please call our reception on this number: 01728 687100

Q. Can I camp at the site?
A. Camping is not permitted. If you would like to stay overnight at Snape Maltings, you can book our accommodation.


Q. When are the River Trips available?
A. Boat trips will be available again in Spring. They run at different times each day due to the tide.


Q. Are there cushions available at Snape Maltings Concert Hall?
A. Cushions are not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.


Q. Can I see the Concert Hall when there isn't anything on?
A. Usually yes, the doors to the Concert Hall are left open for viewing. At certain times, it may be closed for technical reasons.


Q. How do I return my tickets?
A. We cannot give refunds. However there are flexible options available to you - including exchanging for an account credit or for tickets to another event (subject to terms and conditions). Find out more here.

Q. Are children under five welcome to your performances?
A. Out of consideration for the artists and audience, we recommend that children attending our performances are aged 5 and over.
We do curate many performances that are suitable for families with children younger than five. This will be clearly stated on the production or web event page.
