Marking the centenary of ‘Rhapsody in Blue’, The BBC Big Band and acclaimed conductor, band leader, and arranger Barry Forgie take to the stage for a celebration of the music of George Gershwin.

The concert showcases the music of one of the greatest composers of the twentieth century – whose work would go on to become a core part of the ‘Great American Songbook’ – including Summertime and Fascinating Rhythm.
