By car
Parking is free at Snape Maltings.
From the A12, take the A1094 signposted towards Snape Maltings. Turn right at Snape Church onto the B1069, then continue through the village of Snape before turning left into Snape Maltings (postcode IP17 1SP).

Electric car charging points
We have four electric car charging points at Snape Maltings. Two are near the entrance to the Pond Gallery. Two more are outside the Stable Block / Lettering Arts Centre. To use them, drivers must download the Plug-n-Go app on their smart phone and set up an account.

Trains on the Ipswich to Lowestoft line can accommodate a limited number of bikes free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. On the London – Norwich intercity train line you will need to book a cycle reservation. E-Bike hire is available from EezyBike in Aldeburgh.

The closest station is Saxmundham (4 miles) which is on the East Suffolk Ipswich – Lowestoft train line.
Wickham Market station (6 miles) is located in Campsea Ash on the same line.
