David Foster | New Work

Thu 22 July - Wed 11 August

Monday – Saturday, 10am – 5pm / Sunday, 10am – 4pm

The Pond Gallery, Snape Maltings

Foster works with photography – often double-exposure photography – and with moving image, sound, text, and found objects. His practice is concerned with themes of place, space and nature. Foster’s current project has formed around the question of origins, giving rise to a series of images made in and around eight different areas of England: specifically, the eight birthplaces of his great-grandparents, in Suffolk, Cornwall, East Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey, London, Gloucestershire and Nottinghamshire.
