The Bliss Trust was founded in 1986 under the guidance of Lady Bliss with the objectives:

• To Promote wider understanding and appreciation of the music of Arthur Bliss
• To promote the education and further education of students of composition and young composers

They are marking the 50th Anniversary of the death of Arthur Bliss in 2025 by encouraging performances of his music during that year. We are delighted that they are supporting the performance of the Bliss Cello Concerto at Snape Maltings in the autumn of 2025.
