Come and support us in delivering an exceptional audience experience by becoming an usher at concerts and events across the year.

We deliver world-class concerts across multiple venues in Suffolk, mostly at Snape Maltings and Aldeburgh but occasionally farther afield within the county.

Whilst in attendance, ushers are responsible for the safety and enjoyment of our visitors by:

• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the duration of a concert or event
• Checking tickets
• Assisting audience members to find their seats
• Assisting audience members who become unwell and need to leave during a performance
• Providing reassurance should incidents occur
• Assisting with the safe evacuation of audiences in the event of an emergency

The role is year-round with a large proportion of events taking place between June and September and many concerts taking place in the evenings.

No experience necessary as full training is provided.
