An opportunity to become immersed in music whilst supporting visitors at our concerts & events

To attend various event locations mainly at Snape Maltings and The Red House as well as Jubilee Hall in Aldeburgh (during Aldeburgh Festival we also work in Suffolk churches and other places of interest).

Whilst in attendance ushers are responsible for the safety and enjoyment of our visitors by

• Assisting visitors to find their seating
• Providing reassurance should incidents occur
• Being an audience point of contact if needed
• Assisting with the safe running of all events under the BPA umbrella

No experience is necessary as full training is given. Ushers are encouraged to enjoy the concerts whilst maintaining the welfare of our visitors.

Britten Pears Arts ushers are renowned far and wide for their presentability and excellent service! There is a dress code for some events.
