Elizabeth Court is situated next to Aldeburgh Cinema, a short walk from the main shops on the High Street and just across the road from the beach. It comprises 16 self-contained units.

All rooms have:

• a separate toilet and washbasin
• a kitchenette with the basics
• plenty of cupboard space, table and chairs
• bed linen and towels provided
• wi-fi

Communally, there is a:

• well-equipped kitchen and dining room
• secluded garden
• laundry room
• sitting room with TV

Arrival time is after 5pm, departure is by 9.30am unless otherwise arranged. You may be able to leave your luggage at Elizabeth Court outside these times.

You can park to unload but there is no long-term parking available. You can find free long-term parking outside The White Lion Hotel or on the stones beyond the car park at the far end of the High Street.

Entry is via a keypad to the left of the main entrance, the code will be given to you before you arrive. Make sure you have it before you arrive as mobile reception can be limited in Aldeburgh. Your room key will be on the desk in the hall, past the kitchen. Please make sure you sign in and when you leave, sign out and leave your room.

Elizabeth Court is self-catering: there will be bread, milk, tea, coffee, cereals and some basic store-cupboard items in the communal kitchen but for the most part, you will need to shop for supper – before the shops shut! You are responsible for your own washing-up, making beds and generally looking after yourself.

You may be charged for lost keys, damage and breakages (beyond usual wear and tear) and any additional cleaning costs incurred.

Elizabeth Court is non-smoking both within the building and within the garden.
