Renew my membership
You can renew your membership up to 30 days before your current membership expires. Simply access your account and choose the memberships tab. You will then be guided through the checkout process.
If you donate via Direct Debit, your membership will renew automatically. We collect Direct Debit donations on the 20th (or next working day) of the month.
If you donate via card and have set up your membership to auto-renew, your membership will automatically renew 2 days in advance the expiry date.

Britten Pears Arts, a charitable organisation dedicated to transforming lives through music, relies on your generosity. Update your Gift Aid declaration
Boost your donations by 25% when you sign up to Gift Aid. It only takes a minute and costs you nothing.
Gift Aid is one of the simplest and most effective ways of making your donations go further, as it allows us to reclaim the basic rate tax you have already paid on your donations as a UK taxpayer.
It means that for every ÂŁ1 you donate we can claim an extra 25p of tax, at no extra cost to you. All you need to do is to make sure your postal address in your account are up to date, and then click this link to accept the Gift Aid declaration.
You just need to have paid enough tax to cover the Gift Aid donations you make in the tax year.
You can cancel your declaration at any time simply by getting in touch, either by calling us on 01728 687116 or by sending an email with your details to: joinus@brittenpearsarts.org. For full details of the Gift Aid scheme, please visit: www.hmrc.gov.uk/individuals.

How do I book tickets?
You can book tickets on the website, by telephone via the Box Office on 01728 687110, or in person at the Box Office.
It's my first time booking, do I need to register my account to access priority booking?
Yes. You will need to log in to access your priority booking online. If this is your first time booking online, you will need to register your account - we recommend that you do this before booking opens.
I'm having trouble logging in. What do I do?
If you have made an online booking with us previously, you can change your password by visiting this page and clicking “Reset here”. After entering your email address on the next page, you will receive an email with a link to a page where you can enter a new password. We recommend you then logout, and then log back in using your new password.
How do I change my online password?
Visit your account page and in the details tab, near the bottom of the page, there is a link to change your password. Follow the instructions to complete the password update. If you get stuck, please contact the Development team who can send you a link to reset your password.
Where can I find a seating plan of Snape Maltings Concert Hall or the Britten Studio?
Click the following links to download a seating plan of Snape Maltings Concert Hall and the Britten Studio to assist with your booking.
How do I update my delivery or billing address?
Visit your account page and in the addresses tab you can edit or add delivery and billing addresses. Alternatively, contact the Development team.
How do I update my contact preferences?
Visit your account page and in the contact preferences tab you can choose if you would like us to contact you by email or post. Alternatively, contact the Development team who can update these for you.
How do I sign up for marketing emails?
Visit your account page and in the other preferences tab, tick the areas of our work you would like to hear about. Alternatively, contact the Development team who can update these for you.
How do I update my payment information?
Visit your account page and in the payment cards tab, you can add new card details and remove expired cards. Alternatively, contact the Development team who can add and remove details from you account on your behalf.
