This three storey house is part of a converted maltings building which has wonderful views across the marshes to Iken.

All the furnishings are to a high standard throughout the property. The ground floor is made up of a bedroom with twin beds and French doors which lead directly to the garden area. There is a family bathroom with loo and a shower over the bath. The next floor accessed by oak stairs is where there is a king bedroom next door to a separate loo and hand basin. The main king bedroom is ensuite with a power shower, loo, hand basin and heated towel rail. There are views from this room across the marshes to Iken.

The stairs up to the third floor lead to the open plan living area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, a BOSCH dishwasher, induction hob, cooker and microwave oven. There are plenty of storage cupboards and a wonderful oak work surface for the kitchen area. There is a large dining table with chairs leading to a leather sofa and two arm chairs. The glass topped coffee table is a delightful feature as the base is made up of wood giving a truly coastal look. There is a TV and sound system. The bi-fold glass doors open onto the balcony from where the views are delightful.

There is a washing machine in the utility cupboard under the stairs.

The property has the benefits of WiFi. There is constant hot water and under floor heating which is provided by a bio-mass boiler on site.

Check Availability

Our changeover days are a Monday or Friday and we have a minimum stay of two nights. We do try to be flexible when we can so please contact holidays@snapemaltings.co.uk if you would prefer a different start date and we will try to accommodate you.
