Dr. Amy Mallett is a composer and theatre-maker creating work inspired by contemporary and historical stories. She enjoys interdisciplinary approaches, and collaborating with practitioners from other art forms to create inclusive and multidimensional works. In 2018 she was awarded a PhD from Bath Spa University, and her notable music theatre works include Witchfinder, Paperwork and HerStory. In 2021, she founded Cohere Arts, providing opportunities for communities marginalised through health challenge or disability to engage with arts and heritage.

HerStory has its premiere at the Aldeburgh Festival on June 21.
