Flute tutor

Henry studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and is a founding member of the flute, viola and harp trio, Pelléas Ensemble. Playing with “verve and polish” (The Times), they have won prizes from RPS, ROSL and at St Martin-in-the-Fields Chamber Music Competition. Their recently released album Nature and the Imagination has been described as 'beautifully played…a pleasing, well-programmed album' (Gramophone).

Henry has appeared on BBC Radio 3’s In Tune and has played in venues such as Wigmore Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall and Buckingham Palace. He regularly works with orchestras including the Hallé,

Sinfonia Cymru and 12 Ensemble and features on the soundtrack of many films.

Alongside performing, Henry is a passionate educator, and teaches the flute in schools across London. He has given masterclasses at York and Chichester Universities and the RWCMD and enjoys coaching flute choirs, wind bands and youth orchestras.
