This Winter, we are offering two Warm Rooms – one at Snape Maltings, and one at The Red House, Aldeburgh. Warm Rooms is part of the Ease the Squeeze campaign East Suffolk Council has developed to help residents with the cost of living.

This winter, many people in our local community will struggle to heat their homes, leaving them at risk of poor physical and mental health.

We aim to provide somewhere safe, warm and welcoming where people can keep warm, socialise and access additional support from local partners – to mitigate other effects of the rising cost of living - where appropriate.

There will free hot drinks, and a microwave to heat any food you would like to bring. There will be books, board games, jigsaws and other items to keep you entertained.
