November 2021 Residency Film

Digital Festival of New Film

“Change!” is a concept that combines original jazz and contemporary dancing and it is inspired by the exploration of the human condition through its adaptation to change. The band and the dancer will communicate on stage through interplay and improvisation to generate a unique performance. The music will be created during the week residency; it will take its inspiration from each of our diverse backgrounds and cultures: modern Rave Jazz, Latin/Mediterranean rhythms and Indian Classical Music. The choreography will be created alongside the music: expressive and powerful movements will offer the audience’s imagination a totally diverse and unusual way of experiencing a live gig. The inspiration for the show comes from the word “change” itself and how climate change, political change and personal changes affect our individual and social lives.
