Annual Members’ survey
A big thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the annual Members’ Survey. We really appreciate your feedback and insights as a supporter of Britten Pears Arts.
We were delighted to receive feedback, not only from those of you who have supported us for many years, but also from some of our newer members. It is so helpful for us to check in with you regularly to ensure we are providing an appropriate scheme in return for your generous support.
We were delighted to learn that nearly all respondents – from all membership levels – are motivated to support the organisation philanthropically, alongside a wish to support live music.
Britten Pears Arts looks towards an ever-growing need for funding, this is very reassuring as we simply couldn’t do what we do without your support.
I value the organisation greatly - it has been one of the great joys of my life. Bravo for keeping going in such a positive way through the last few difficult years.Friend

Interludes – your monthly supporter e-newsletter
We are thrilled to know that you find Interludes interesting and enjoyable. The positive feedback about its content and frequency of communications helps us in continuing to provide monthly insights into the charity and the non-performance elements of our work. Interludes is emailed out quarterly in addition to our season-launch information.
If you would like to know more about any areas of our work, or if you are not currently receiving your monthly Interludes by email, please get in touch at joinus@brittenpearsarts.org.
Previous editions of Interludes are available to read in the Supporters’ content section of the Supporters’ area of our website.
I like the regular communication and the feeling of community that the organisation demonstrates.Friend
The flagship Aldeburgh Festival is truly the highlight of my concert year. The standard is exceptional, and the programming unlike any other festival. BPA's championing of new music is a strand of the organisation that I most enjoy, as well as Britten and his legacy.Gold Friend
Digital Discussions – our digital event series
We have been asked if we could organise more online events for our supporters. Recently, we have developed a specially curated digital series to give you just that. Digital Discussions, hosted as a Zoom webinar, invites panellists within and outside Britten Pears Arts to discuss a chosen topic of interest. Digital Discussions spotlights our work whilst investigating its historical background, featuring guest talks, short archive lectures, and Q&A sessions that spark conversations and reveal hidden histories from the depths of our archive.
Previous Digital Discussions, including The Turn of the Screw, Celebrating Imogen Holst, and Ten Years of the Archive, are available to watch in the Supporters’ content section of the Supporters’ area of our website. If you do not currently receive invitations to attend the Digital Discussions, please get in touch at joinus@brittenpearsarts.org.

I very much appreciate the opportunity to enjoy world class performers at reasonable prices. Pensioners like myself & people in lower paid jobs are priced out by so many arts organisations.Associate
We have listened to your request for printed copies of the brochures for Aldeburgh Festival, and Summer at Snape, and we will continue to post these to you. For our Spring and Autumn seasons, we will continue to send a pdf of the schedule in the season launch email, so you may print the flyer at home if you wish.
If you would like to share further thoughts with us at any time, we are always pleased to hear from you at joinus@brittenpearsarts.org.
We deeply appreciate that in the current climate, where finances are stretched tightly, you are prioritising your support for Britten Pears Arts. Thank you.
