The Unthanks bring their dreamlike winter fantasia to Snape Maltings Concert Hall, in which echoes of familiar winter tunes mix with the traditional and the newly written, all crafted with great care and love.

Using the traditional music of the North East of England as a starting point, with the influence of Miles Davis, Steve Reich, Sufjan Stevens, Robert Wyatt, Antony & The Johnsons, King Crimson and Tom Waits, The Unthanks have created a unique sound, earning them a Mercury Music Prize nomination and international acclaim along the way.

The Unthanks will be joined by Katherine Priddy as support.
