A day of wellbeing workshops with a distinctive music-based approach, focussed on benefiting mental health and increasing happiness.

There will be two different sessions, each running twice, throughout the day:

An introduction to mindfulness through music: a one-hour personalised workshop that offers a better understanding of the practices of mindfulness through music and how this relates to the bigger picture of mental wellbeing. Participants will work with traditional mindfulness practices and guided musical meditations, and there will be an open discussion about how this practice can help to boost lifestyle.

Exploring mindfulness and music with your children: sessions in which we will explore the fascinating topic of mindfulness and music with your children. Mindfulness is not all about relaxation and ‘inner peace’; it's also about heightening our senses, focusing our minds, and improving our skills - all of which can be instrumental in enriching the lives of the young people around us. Please note - this session is primarily for adults and is not intended to be a workshop for or with young children.

General booking opens Saturday 18 May at 10am.

Advance booking for members begins on Tuesday 30 April. Find out how becoming a member both supports our work and enables you to enjoy priority booking.
