This unmissable evening of Christmas cheer features songs from Kate's latest charting Christmas album ‘Light Years’ and a selection from her ever-popular previous six Christmas albums.

A folk singer at heart, she’s taken the genre to new heights, appealing way beyond the folk scene and her Yorkshire roots, headlining in the UK and internationally, performing with other big names in music across genres. She has a number of TV, radio and film credits to her name including Ricky Gervais’ multi award winning Netflix series ‘Afterlife’, Jennifer Saunders’ BBC hit sitcom ‘Jam And Jerusalem’, and Ruth Jones’ Sky One series ‘Stella’.

Hailed as ‘The Start of Christmas’ for many, a Kate Rusby Christmas Concert perpetuates the tradition of Yorkshire carols, specific carols still sung in the pubs of South Yorkshire and beyond. Branding herself as a ‘Holly Head’ –someone who loves Christmas – Kate's live shows are full of happiness, humour, and storytelling.

Joining her on stage will be, as ever, her hugely talented and intuitive band of musicians including producer and husband Damien O’Kane as well as a top-flight brass quintet affectionately known as The Brass Boys.
