Explore Ensemble
Award-winning chamber group Explore Ensemble presents a concert of new music and film works by Joanna Bailie and Neil Luck, plus Lawrence Dunn’s immense ‘Suite’.
Explore Ensemble combines music and video in new and recent works commissioned since 2020: Dissolve – Joanna Bailie’s floaty video piece of nocturnal wanderings through Berlin streets; Lawrence Dunn’s immense and ecstatic ‘Suite’; and the world premiere of Neil Luck’s eerie and nostalgic ‘In the Style of Old Times / Innan thee stile fram Olde Tymes’.
This event is part of Festival of New, presented by Jennifer Lucy Allan.
