The Red House will be marking Peter Pears’ life and career on his birthday, an occasion that has always coincided with the Festival.

Join us as we celebrate Peter Pears’ career, his contribution to classical music, the Festival, and the house and garden he shared with Britten. Throughout the day, there will be a 15 minute talk in the Archive at 11:30, 12:45, 14:00, 14:45 and 15:30.

Please note that talks are included in admission. Talks are available to sign up on the day on a first come, first served basis.
