Aldeburgh Young Musicians: Jazz Fusion
Join us for a programme of music composed and arranged by the Aldeburgh Young Musicans, using material generated from improvisations and other techniques shared with them by the band Twospeak.
As creative musicians it’s important to discover your own process. During a 5-day residency, Twospeak will share their experience as improvisers, composers, band members and instrumentalists with the young musicians through a varied mix of workshops and rehearsal.
AYM is a Centre for Advanced Training, based at Snape Maltings Concert Hall, and is part of the national network. Through intensive residential courses, professional advice, mentoring and performance opportunities, AYM nurtures the creative, innovative, and distinctive musicians of tomorrow.
