Marking 400 years since the death of William Byrd, one of England's greatest composers, Aldeburgh Voices perform his best-known works and contemporary interpretations.

Britten Pears Arts' resident chamber choir present a programme based on Byrd's Mass for Five Voices, a crowning achievement of English music. The programme features a collection of stunning pieces from Byrd's time and the modern era, including contemporary pieces composed in response to his music by leading composers Roxanna Panufnik, Charlotte Bray, and Roderick Williams.
