We are delighted to be welcoming the Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival back to Snape Maltings.

Promoting the variety, quality and abundance of food and drink in Suffolk, as well as supporting new and emerging local businesses, the festival is a true celebration of the Suffolk food scene and a great family day out.

This year will have an array of stalls from over 130 Suffolk producers, from familiar favourites to exciting start-up businesses, as well as a wide range of local and celebrity chefs joining for talks, demos and masterclasses. In these Masterclass sessions you will be set up with all the equipment and ingredients needed whilst learning a range of skills straight from the professionals.

The main stage will have a fresh, informal atmosphere with a focus on local chefs and restaurateurs to highlight the wealth of talent in Suffolk. Also returning after its success last year will be the Passion for Seafood Stage, and the lively Street food area with a tempting variety of vibrant cuisines. Live music and DJs will be playing throughout the weekend, including the return of Olive the Ambulance.

There will be plenty for families to enjoy, including cookery lessons, jam-making, and a producer trail, as well as face-painting and farm machinery, all completely free.

The Festival is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting, promoting and showcasing the local community and businesses within it. Your entry fees go straight back to the local producers and businesses.
