Sam Bilton is an established Food Historian, Writer & Cook with a penchant for the edible delights of yesteryear. In this masterclass Sam will be using locally-grown Saffron in two medieval dishes, brought up to date with a modern twist.

Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival Masterclasses are an opportunity for Festival visitors to enjoy hour-long cook along sessions, gaining skills and knowledge directly from the professional hosting chefs.
