Sophie-Rose Glover of The Food Hub bring the tastes of Italy to Suffolk with their pasta masterclass. You will make fresh pasta dough and learn how to shape and roll ribbon pasta such as linguine and tagliatelle and how to make and fill ravioli.
Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival Masterclasses are an opportunity for Festival visitors to enjoy hour-long cook along sessions, gaining skills and knowledge directly from the professional hosting chefs.
