Georgina grew up above her grandparents’ Greek Cypriot tavern in London and has taken her love of these recipes to create her latest cookbook, Nistisima, to share frugal, naturally vegan recipes from her childhood. Georgina has worked as part of Jamie’s Oliver’s food team for 12 years and has written for Delicious Magazine, Waitrose Magazine and many more.
Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival Masterclasses are an opportunity for Festival visitors to enjoy hour-long cook along sessions, gaining skills and knowledge directly from the professional hosting chefs.
