Chamber Music in Residence offers emerging ensembles the opportunity to undertake intensive study, rehearsal and reflection. This is for ensembles who have been performing together for a few years and would really benefit from the time away to rehearse together.

Each Residency lasts a fortnight and includes two lunchtime concerts at the Jubilee Hall in Aldeburgh. This opportunity is all about flexibility for the ensemble. Chamber groups are able to plan their own schedule and take the time to listen and work on what is important to them.

We look forward to an almost meditative space and atmosphere that gives us the opportunity to experiment with a new idea. To create something of our own and original outside the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Of course we can't wait to share this idea with an audience and see how it works.
