Power of Stories
Ongoing until Sunday 19 February 2023 Set your eyes on three original costumes from Marvel’s blockbuster film, Black Panther.The Power of Stories exhibition explores Black stories of Suffolk, and asks how the stories we tell shape the way we see the world. Featuring original costumes from Marvel’s blockbuster film, Black Panther, this free exhibition also gathers stories from Benjamin Britten and Peter Pears’ archive, local histories, and contributions from our local community, in collaboration with Aspire Black Suffolk and curator Devi Singh. This is the third location for the original award-winning exhibition, Power of Stories, by Ipswich Museums in 2021. The exhibition is a partnership between the Association of Suffolk Museums, Aspire Black Suffolk and Marvel Studios. |
